What Services and/or Products Will JSM Provide?
JSM Coaching provides high quality football training in the w7 area, including player profiles, sessions plans, and the filming of training sessions. JSM Coaching works with players in various capacities, from 1 to 1 training, 2 to 1 training, all the way to small and large group football training. We also work with children, all the way to adult age. We do not supply any physical products for purchase, such as shin pads, footballs, etc.
Payment Terms, including when payment due will fall.
Payments for our service will be collected the day after a training session, with an understanding that some parents / carers, etc, will be given additional time – no more than a week. We will not charge additional late fees, nor will any interest accrue on any late payments.
However, if a player does attend another session, without payment having yet been made for the previous session, despite contact having been made by a JSM Coaching member, then they will not be allowed to attend the current session. Payment will be made via bank transfer, to Coach Josh, with occasional cash being allowed to serve as payment for the session.
Payment terms, and the fee required for participation, will fluctuate depending on demand. For instance, when training at private facilities, the fee will increase to £15 for 1 hour and 30 minutes, as opposed to £12, for participation in local parks for the same time. This is to help offset the cost of facility, lighting, coaches fees, equipment, etc. JSM Coaching will always look to make fees manageable, with discounts available for multiple player participation.
Relevant Timeline for Delivery of Services
Session plans will be sent out 3 days before every session and can be found in the Member’s Section of our website.
All filming will be uploaded to relevant members / pages within a week, unless stated otherwise.
JSM Coaching will all also ensure that all sessions take place at the allocated time, unless communicated otherwise.
In addition, Player Profiles (Whether standard or enhanced) will be delivered to respective players at the end of each month.
What Action Can You Take If JSM Coaching Does Not Deliver Service?
Weather and welfare will always dictate whether a training session goes ahead. Weather is not something we can control, and so, when weather affects play and player safety, it will be up to a member of JSM Coaching to make the call as to whether training takes place. Notice will be given within an hour of the session taking place, to give parents enough time to arrive at training in the event the session goes ahead.
In the event that a coach is sick / injured, Coach Josh will attempt to find a member of the JSM Coaching team to step in. This may not always be possible. As a result, if a session is cancelled then no fee will be requested, as no training session took place. JSM Coaching will only charge for sessions attended.
If a customer is unhappy with the quality of service, then the matter can be discussed with Josh Mangan.
What Will Happen If Either Party Wants to End the Relationship?
In the event that a customer wishes to end their son/daughter’s participation with JSM Coaching, then the customer will no longer receive our services. That includes; Session Plans, Session participation, Player Profiles, the filming of sessions, etc. The customer will also lose their membership with www.jsmcoaching.co.uk.
In the event that a member of JSM Coaching wishes to end a client’s participation in a session, Joshua Mangan will be informed and the matter discussed between him and the coach. Depending on the severity, Joshua Mangan will either look to reach an agreement with the parent. Or deny entry for the child in question. Before any decision is made, however, an investigation will be conducted by Joshua Mangan, collecting all relevant information from coaches, the players, parents, etc.
Should a player leave, for any reason, no cancellation fee or notice period will be required.
