Further Detail
Session Plans will be uploaded to the Member's Area 3 days before the session takes place. This will allow players to approach the session with an understanding of what is expected of them, what are the aims, and what they will be doing, etc.
Upon arrival, the playing areas will be set up and ready for immediate use. Early arrivals will have a specific task to undertake, starting with individual (If only player present) and moving to group focused when more players arrive, this will be at the coaches discretion.
At the start time, the coach or coaches will begin the session as aligned with the session plan. Late arrivals will be introduced to the current sessions focus in order to better integrate them into the flow of the session.
Players are expected to have correct footwear, and bring other suitable equipment. For instance, shinpads are not a requirement when it comes to unopposed sessions. However, they are mandatory when it comes to opposed / game related practice. Players should always have water, as it is important to hydrate, and frequent water breaks are factored in to our session planning.
At the sessions conclusion, coaches will wait with the players until a suitable adult arrives to collect. Coaches will only allow children to leave with an adult as long as they are a recognised parent / guardian / carer / or approved member of the family. This is to ensure safety during the handover. Any uncertainty will result in a call from a JSM Coach in order to verify the arriving adult's suitability.
The means of payment will be explained through an exclusive What's App group. The What's App Group will also be the main source of instant updates. All parents, who have children participating in the group, will have access to it, and only them.
JSM Coaches are also happy to answer questions, post session. However, there may be occasions when they must leave promptly due to other commitments. In these instances, please leave a JSM Coach, or specifically Coach Josh, a message with either a request to call them back, or, communicate the matter of their discussion in a text or What's App message.
