Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

If a player misses a training session, then no fee will be charged. JSM Coaching will only charge players that attend our training sessions. We do still require prompt warning of said change, however, to give coaches time to either prepare the session without the allotted number, or, to adjust their schedule accordingly. But no fee will be sought.

If a customer pays for a service that they do not receive, without adequate warning or explanation, then any fee for that specific transaction will be returned within 7 days of customer complaint. Or, if the customer would prefer, the service can still be delivered, but it will merely be delayed from the original date of receiving said service. The decision is left solely to the decision of the customer.

Any refund received will be full, not partial.
